Elizabeth Tran - 4th Runner-Up - Evening Gown Winner
1.If you could make one rule that everyone in the world had to follow, what would it be?
I love cheesy puns, nerdy pick up lines, and people's reaction in a silly moment! Sometimes I think a person's laughter is funnier than the joke that resulted from it, which then leads to a never ending hysteria of giggles!
2.If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I am the school hula hoop champion, but I do not have the coordination to do any sport! I enjoy participating in them; however, I can never catch a pass, throw a ball, or run very fast. Hula Hooping…..the sport for the non-athlete, ME!
3.When do you feel a child or teen becomes an adult?
My family has always been consious of following the food pyramid as we eat a balanced diet. My father has diabetes, so we stay away from processed high sugar foods and eat fruits instead. I also find it important to stay active and involved in dance games and zumba!
4.What do you feel you have learned in life that will be the most useful?
The very first eco-friendly skirt I made holds a special place in my heart. It was for a fashion competition; girls were able to change a simple dress into a fashion masterpiece. As an environmentalist, I remade my dress into an eco-chic garment. Materials: $4.00. Wearing it: PRICELESS!
5.What do you feel is the hardest job in the world and why?
Considering the fact I'm a bargain hunting shopaholic, I would take advantage of the opportunity, run to every store's on-sale section, and purchase various belts because they're my favorite accessory along with simple-but-elegant dresses because they show the best feminine side to any girl!
